Life jackets are included with your rental at no extra charge. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer, however we reserve the right to require our own if needed.
A jet ski is very easy to operate, even for a beginner! There are of course safety rules and regulations (just like a boat) so before hitting the water, we make sure to provide in-depth orientation and instruction on how to operate and where to operate your jet ski for safety. It is also recommended that you watch the Safety Video on our website. They are also below.
Don’t worry, it happens more than you think! In case of cancellation due to weather or other any unforeseen circumstances customers will receive a rental credit that NEVER expires and is transferable. Customers can reschedule to a time/of their choice with no fee. Lightning will require a 30 minute delay or break from the last occurrence.
We recommend wearing anything you feel comfortable getting wet in. Hats are NOT recommended (They will probably fly off)
Usually same-day! If not, within a couple of days. If for some reason your deposit is not returned in a timely manner, contact us!
Customers will receive a full refund for cancellation up until the Day of the Rental.
If you need to cancel same-day, cancellation refunds are subject to our discretion. Please let us know ASAP!
